This covers the cost of merging, the mattress topper and the memory foam layer underneath, the cleaning after along with the extra trip expense to come and merge the beds. ★ ★ Early Check-in ★ ★ 1. Early Arrival after 2 PM CST for $40.00. 2. Super Early Arrival after 12:30 PM CST for $55.00. 3. Red-Eye Arrival any time after 9 AM CST for $100.00. ★ ★ Late Check-Out ★ ★ 1. Late Check-out until 12 PM CST for $40.00. 2. Super Late Check-out until 1:30 PM CST for $55.00. 3. Mega Late Checkout any time until 5 PM CST for $100.00. ★ ★ Pets ★ ★ Pets are allowed however pet privilege fees apply (PER PET - this is not a cleaning fee): $10 per night per pet ★ ★ Mid-Stay Cleaning★ ★ we offer a complementary mid stay clean for stays longer than 30 days or upon request.
